We are going to have to file lots of lawsuits, preferrably Pro Se over Constitutional violations; All state courts have been operating unconstitutionally since March 6, 1933 "National Emergency" with corporate law via UCC rather than Const/common law required; and all state sovereignty has been usurped by STATE OF XX CORPORATIONS since around the same time (likely illegally authorized by Act of March 9, 1933, and then solidified by unconstitutional modifications of state Constitutions).

Any Federal judge (except Supreme Court Justice) that refuses to adjudicate and remove the usurpation of state sovereignty is in violation of their oath and Article VI, paragraph 3, and may be arrested and removed by state Constitutional sheriff (if the sheriff is not also corrupt). https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articlevi

If suing any Federal Agency such as IRS, DHS use W. Virginia v EPA (2022) precedent which is "It is Unconstitutional for Article I (Congress) entity power defined in the Constitution to be delegated to an Article II (Executive) entity". It is a violation of separation of powers.
