Yes, I have seen this particular meme. I just have NOT seen where Pres Trump himself retweeted, retruthed, or made any reference to it. I'm on TS and follow Trump, and he did indeed retruth a few Q-associated things, but I still have not seen where Pres. Trump himself actually retruthed this particular meme you are pointing to.
