Yeah, I wanna say I read it in a book titled "weird history 101" circa 2005-2006ish. It was a really well made book of lesser known historical events and little known habbenings during well known events.
Here's a link to the book, perhaps another anon has read it and recalls the Washington visited by angel/alien/whatever blurb
And didn't that alien/angel/whatever supposedly say to GW how their would be two periods of turmoil and that the civil war was one and possibly now the other?
