The thing is, Jesus shouldered all of the karmic retribution of the saved so that anyone who embraces Jesus jumps out of the circle
Something tells me these satanists have not accepted Jesus in their hearts.
You might be on to something here.
But even when Christ pays our karmic debt wouldn't some want to come back and work on freeing others?
Jesus is the best. 😃👍
Incorrect, one of the most dangerous misconceptions about your soul. It's not just automatically saved by believing in Jesus Christ. Jesus took on his own karmic debt, but he did it publicly and explained to everyone willing to listen how to do it themselves. He showed us how to do the Great Work. And yes, it takes a lot of hard work to perfect ourselves in this lifetime -& a lot of pain and suffering (a painful death) to repay our own debt.
Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Yes!
So you believe this means that you have to do nothing to improve yourself and atone for your sins? That you get to sin and be lazy spiritually because believing Jesus existed is all it takes? How about John 14:12 then? “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.
Why would I want to sin or be lazy spiritually? Yes, faith alone so I cannot boast that I saved myself. He makes it very clear. We do not get saved by our works, we do works because we were saved by faith. Faith is dead without works, but it is because of our faith we are saved, not our works. There would be no point of God sending His only son to die, if not for my sins to be paid for by Him. I'm sorry if this is confusing to you, you can believe what you want, God bless 🙏
1 Corinthians 3:10-15
By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.
"Will be saved"
Truly believing in Jesus is believing in what he did to become perfected, is to imitate Jesus.
I think the idea is that by believing in Jesus, you are grateful for his sacrifice, and therefore the works come naturally through that gratitude. If you aren't inspired to do good works from faith, you may not truly have faith or comprehend the magnitude of Jesus' sacrifice and also his power.
John 3:16 - > For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Jesus didn’t have any karmic debt.
Jesus was the final sacrifice who paid the terms demanded by a tyrant god (Lucifer/Satan).
Karma has nothing to do with Christianity at all, its is a buddhist ideology that most people believe is revenge (instant karma) It is something the works its way through many kalpas of the universe and not something that must be served cold.
Jesus was is word made flesh, the word that started everything . He had no debt to anyone or anything, that isn't in scripture at all.
Buddhist enlightenment is not much more than a natural neural process in the amglidia, it can be electro acoustically reproduced. Persingers God Helmet.
If you replace the word Jesus in your post with the word Buddha you will find that is exactly what Buddha did, took on his karmic debt and explained to everyone how to do it themselves, and he also said that enlightenment isn't for everyone. Source: Buddha by Karen Armstrong.
