Parents have completely abdicated their responsibilities, mainly for convenience. The education system must be torn down and rebuilt, but the attitudes and actions of parents must improve rather dramatically as well.

Privilege From Arrest
This clause is practically obsolete. It applies only to arrests in civil suits, which were still common in this country at the time the Constitution was adopted.
