Agreed. I'll throw on what a view as a closely related point:
I'm seeing a lot more posts where if the person/group being discussed doesn't meet a particular litmus test for behavior, religion, etc etc, any good act or assertion made by this individual/group/entity is dismissed (often in a hostile manner). This is often despite that positive act or public statement often being a powerful aid to our cause.
We're all going to disagree on certain things. What matters is shared core principles (Liberty, a free Republic, etc).
People are like that here when it comes to Elon. They don't believe he can be deep under cover, a double agent, honest turned around, or his blackmail obtained by white hats and he's being used by them. It's all "he said this this one time, so he's forever bad."
Dude,,, you should have see what use to happen if you posted anything SLIGHTLY positive about Beck. Knives out!
The amount of hate that guy generated in this place was mind bending. The strangest part was a lot of times it was coming from Anons that had been around for awhile and at that point it seemed obvious that Beck was playing a role. Who knows, maybe they were black hat operators trying to steer us away, it was a while back🤷🏻♂️
Unfortunately a lot of people still want to cling to tribalism despite reality constantly proving aside from freedom v tyranny, there really are no sides.
My "side" is anyone who stands for freedom and rights of others ESPECIALLY those we disagree with. Beyond that it's semantics. If you can't respect other people's right to exist and have ideas YOU'RE the problem.
