I disagree. 5pm Friday is the best time because the cabal won’t have employees to bury it as they’ll all be off for the weekend.

I've noticed a lot of white hat info drops seem to land off beat, late Friday--a time normally designed to minimize distribution. It felt like this was always the case with Durham.

That "prime time for distribution" thing stopped being an issue once the internet supplanted the cable/tv msm for info sourcing by those interested in such stories.

Only idiots and useless sheep wait for the tv to tell them the news anymore.

So, Friday late is golden. There's the weekend to go through it and create the memes to slam the minds of the tv watchers starting on Monday.
