What would put 99% of people in the hospital?

According to Q, in post 142 "the truth would put 99% of people in the hospital."
Of all the things Q has said, that is one hell of a spicy comment to make, but what could possibly do that?
Ever since they posted it I have been wondering but nothing I can think of fits.
I mean, even if all the world's worst conspiracies were suddenly revealed to be true, it wouldn't put us all in the emergency ward. Most of us would just go DAYUM, and carry on.
Could we have been implanted with something so that if truths come out the cabal has a global kill switch, something like the plot from Kingsman maybe? The ultimate blackmail?
I realize that is nuts (kek), but a simple truth by itself, how could that put us in hospital?
Any ideas?
I'm fascinated by the 99% aspect.
The "elites" are traditionally refered to as the 1%, meaning we are the 99%.
If it's 99% of the population in the hospital, one could take that to mean everyone but the elites would need hospitalization.
Let's pretend what you say is true about simulation enslavement, cattle-like loosh harvesting, etc.
The 99% would, realistically, need some kind of treatment to release them from whatever is used to "enslave us" whether it's a matrix style spinal link, or a more metaphysical biological symbiotic reliance on parasitic overlords draining our energy, or perhaps a literal group of extraterrestrial parasites entangled in our digestive, nervous, or even limbic systems.
Wild to think about. But that 99% always gets me on the train of thought we've been sold up the river.

'66' and '6' are used in circumstances where a three digit number is non-sensical.
What is a 9 ? A Flipped 6. Many of our heroes are Flipped 6's. Trump and JFK included.
Reconcile the use of '99' in circumstances where a three digit number is non-sensical. Here is the lines before and after:

The TRUTH, if revealed back when Q wrote this post in 11/12/2017, would be 99 people in the hospital.
It would hurt 99 people. It would hurt Flipped 6's.

I am finding that line interesting because it could have several meanings. On its face, it reads "world wide". But it could also be "world war", as in the cure could spread a world war.
Or the world could become the wild west. Or if could and likely does have more than one meaning.

Ok so...
What if it means "when the world learns the truth, we're all going to want to go to the hospital at the same time to get some treatment/cure for whatever we realize we all have (worms/fungus/both/something else?) so we need to let this information out slowly"?
It does say that whatever this truth is must be controlled. Another post also says that "drip > flood." That could be taken to mean that. Tell people slowly (drip) so our hospitals aren't overwhelmed with a flood of people all running there together to get the treatment?
