How about Ukraine, Croatia, Latvia, middle east...all eastern european nations are complicit. This is widespread.
Start with Sheriffs. If that doesn't work, move on to militia forces. If they fail, it's the vigilante group's turn.
It's not enough to stop their communications on one platform.
While painful to wait, it seems it would have been fruitful to use EM's access to trap and hunt them down "before" they have a chance to move on.

Stroppa said within a 24-hour time frame, the platform ramped up its efforts to crack down on “suspicious accounts,” which led to the removal of 44,000 handles and 1,300 profiles that used strategic communication methods to bypass detection using codewords and text in images — many of which came from networks with Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking users that share child sexual exploitation content.
“Zero tolerance,” Stroppa said, adding Twitter has involved independent experts in increasing its ability to protect children’s safety.
Eliza Bleu, a survivor advocate of those affected by human trafficking, has been speaking out against Twitter’s child pornography problem since shortly after joining the platform in 2019.
Bleu told The Daily Wire she was “floored” after seeing the latest report of how many profiles were removed.
“I don’t think I thought any of this stuff was possible at the scale that they’re removing it now,” Bleu said. “The only thing is they’re just gonna have to keep it up, keep innovating, and continue to make it their top priority.”
“I feel like I’m witnessing a miracle,” she added.

The police won't do anything. State police probably won't do anything either; maybe the US Marshals or Texas Rangers. FBI is corrupt beyond all repair; I firmly believe that whenever they bust an individual pedo or a ring, they're just taking out the competition.
Some of the state attorneys general seem to be actually honest.
