Tangent - My first thought was "maybe all this 'hate speech' is coming from bots." Part of the Left creating a problem to push their solution. Would not be surprised.

Misinformation is the one I hate as in, "One of the most respected virologist in the world is spreading misinformation." or "That person post a direct quote of a person saying they want to rape our kids is spreading misinformation" that also happens to be "hate speech".

Pretty much everyone, on both the left and the right, from the Marxists to the Libertarians to the Classic Liberals to the Traditional Conservatives, will call everything they disagree with “Hate Speech” if it is at all controversial or unpleasant. For example, the left will call FBI black crime statistics “Hate Speech”, but the right is fine with that particular bit of data, so they defend it. But then the right will call media ownership statistics “Hate Speech” because that is their particular line. Tim Pool, more of a Libertarian, will defend speech right up to his personal comfort level, and then anything beyond that he will want shut down for “Hate”. Not many people will stop and go, “Hey, isn’t it suspiciously convenient that my definition of ‘Hate Speech’ starts EXACTLY where I stop agreeing with something?”
