SD Bullion by a landslide. They usually have the best prices on most products. But the #1 reason is they don't hedge on the COMEX against your order, thus pushing the price of silver down. APMEX, JM Bullion and all the other big ones do hedge.
What does the IRS have to do with owning silver? Why would certified and insured packages reveal its contents? I don't think these bullion places use USPS anyway.
As soon as I got the tracking number and saw it was USPS I sent Scottsdale Mint an email and told them I didn't trust USPS and they had a horrible track record. They just said it's fully insured and since it already shipped was nothing I could do.
I ordered a product from eBay through the USPS. I recently moved and I didn't know USPS only kept change-of-address records for 2-years. I learned this. eBay required a change of address that I either missed or the previous purchase went through the USPS change-of-address that was on record. This order I made didn't go through the change-of-address process unbeknownst to me and was delivered to the old address. USPS doesn't hold undeliverable mail and immediately returns-to-sender. This is where products are 'conveniently' lost and never return to the Sender. My product was lost in their system. Trying to make a 'claim' for the lost USPS product is impossible online. Calling them is unfruitful as well. They advised me they were sending out a claim that never was sent.
Fortunately, eBay had a money back guarantee, to which I was refunded. USPS is a very fickle endeavor.
jmbullion has met all expectations, in my opinion...

I ordered recently from Scottsdale Mint and it did indeed come via USPS
USPS sucks. It's hit or miss. I don't trust them. Still it is only your business as to what ships to you.
