It's concrete they added in the 50's to reinforce degraded stone.

The real controversy about stonehenge is that it's actually likely much older than the gatekeepers of history/archaeology will admit.
Correct. Much like all the sites written about by Graham Hancock.
Really?
This is fascinating. How old do you think it is?
I wouldn't consider myself enough of an expert on the topic to make an estimate of my own but I would not be surprised at all if u/RobFromTechServices isn't far off with his guess of 10,500 BC.
The somewhat recently discovered Gobleki Tepe in Turkey completely blew the lid off the mainstream narrative that civilization and megalitihic stonework only goes back about 6000 years. The site is about 50 times larger than Stonehenge and is carbon dated to be 6000 years older than any previously acknowledged manmade stone megaliths.
The Sphinx is also almost certainly thousands of years older than mainstream archaeologists and Egyptologists will admit based on the immense water erosion in the Sphinx quarry. The last time water would have flowed in sufficient quantities to cause that type of erosion in that location would have been around end of the last ice age, ~11,600 years ago. This was around the same time Gobleki Tepe was founded, and possibly Stonehenge as well.
To anyone who is not familiar with Graham Hancock and/or Randall Carlson, I would suggest checking out their appearances on Joe Rogan. Some of the most fascinating talks I've ever heard/seen..
Archaeology and geology will be a part of The Great Awakening as the lies we've been fed for generations are gradually dismantled and proven false.
Yes Randall and Graham are fascinating people to listen to!
There are other Tepe in Turkey as well.
Many, it seems!
....yeah I watched some fearporn documentary about the Younger Dryas Meteorite theory....some shit lines up but then they try to scare you about space rocks at the end
I would bet about 10,500 BC.....
Much of our history is lies. People in horse and buggies didn't build Gothic cathedrals
According to this article it has a rather mundane explanation: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-wiltshire-48190588
Stone henge was erected in the 50s. The entire site was built with cranes and modern construction equipment as a ārenovation ā guide books from the 60s and 70s used to explain it and then they stopped printing those. Itās basically a scam. Itās a reinactment of what they āthinkā it looked like. Thereās ruins of stone circles like it all over Britain and other parts of Europe and maybe America. So yes itās partly is not mostly fake.
Could someone please explain?
The English erected fallen over menhirs. They used heavy equipment to do this and to shore-up and stabilize others. Stonehedge is still 'stonehedge'. Scientists make repairs on sites of antiquity. Just look at the Egyptian Sphinx.
The pyramids in Egypt also have lots of concrete reinforcing certain areas.
Also true of Ankor Wat, where the ancient "cement" outperforms the modern stuff.
Thanks -
You want evidence? here's the speed of light in the latitude of the Pyramids.
Just a coincidenceā¦ā¦. Right š¤«
I think it was ancient aliens... ~{Ā°Ā”Ā°}~
