ZzzzzzzzzzzzzKABOOOOOM!zzzzzzzzzzzz!
I love the smell of Fusion Power in the morning! What’s that Scotty?! Yes it does not need dilithium crystals! Tesla we can rebuild your towers now. Haha! Well well Anons, guess what just happened this morning? Houston We Have Stable Fusion Ignition. Stable! Boooooom!

Did you read any of the linked articles? They achieved ignition. The energy given off was greater than the energy used to ignite the reaction. It has taken them 60 years to get to this milestone.
They are nowhere near any sort of practical reactor that can generate electricity. One of the articles admitted that they are decades away from a working platform. Who knows how many decades? This is nowhere near "working fusion energy"... which is still many years in the future.
What part of “Stable Fusion Ignition” did you feel you needed to nitpick on? I never said stable power at all thank you! Geeez some of y’all need to chill the F-out on the “perfection language”.
Thank you for saying it! It's like some people only come to this group to nitpick.
After the covid hoax you should be nitpicking everything.
Sure but you shouldn't be retarded like making statements that we shouldn't be developing and improving technologies because "what we have right now is fine"
I never fell for the Covid hoax
Doesn't the Navy have public patents regarding a small working fusion reactor? C'mon, at this point one would have to be an idiot to think there's no such thing as working net-positive power-producing fusion right at this very moment. Publicly available working fusion? Of course not! But keep in mind top secret black projects are at least decades ahead of whatever's publicly available, and that's not even including the near-exponential growth of technology.
Bingo. This is highly funded boondoggle. Maintaining 150 million degrees Celsius is another issue. Fusion is already being achieved at room temperature. It is called LENR technology.
"Still, a fully operational platform, connected to the grid and used to power homes and businesses, likely remains a few decades away. "
Which probably translates to "another sixty years."
Possibly, but massive breakthroughs do happen that jump technological progress forward decades.
You could spend 70 years developing a wheel, but then suddenly manufacturing hits and we develop better rubber, plastic, metallurgy and you have a car tire at a fraction of the time and labor.
If they spent as much on this as transgender drag storytime as they would fix it tmrw
