At first the trading cards made me unreasonably angry. Primarily because the left tricked me into thinking that THAT is the announcement.
đź’Š RAW UNCUT HOPIUM đź’Š
Then I realized something else. I've specifically not donated to a political party since 2021 on the assumption that it was throwing money away.
TRUMP JUST CREATED THE DIRECT MONEY STREAM TO PROVE YOU ACTUALLY SUPPORT HIM VS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.
This is a gauge of the seriousness of his supporters to put down money where their mouths are.
Nah proceeds do not go to him or his PAC. It’s a licensing deal that is all.
Yup, what he said. If you bought any cards under the assumption that they go to DJT, there are no refunds.
From the website:
The information in this post is plain wrong and really shouldn't be stickied.
Seriously. Isn’t there a log where we can see which mods sticky posts?
But it’s 100% pure hopium!
STICKY AWAY!!!
Look at you and your silly critical thinking…
He gets money up front (presumably) off the licensing deal, and maybe he wants some of his base to get into crypto so that he can in the future have direct support through crypto ??? Either entrepreneur Trump thought it was just a fun idea or he has some crazy 5d chess plan that's not immediately obvious.
He is monetizing the Trump Train in a way that is fun and profitable and totally fitting with modern meme culture. The whole idea of trading cards is classic Americana and traditional boy’s stuff. It’s also kind of autistic and nerdy too. I mean is this not Trump’s base? Then he draws attention to crypto coins, which could be setting the stage for a challenge to CBDC. Let’s say there is a looming economic collapse of fiat currency and the cabal thinks they are going to force us onto their CBDC ESG vaxport system. Well, wouldn’t White Hats need to pre-establish an alternate digital currency as competition to the cabal’s CBDC so that everyone doesn’t flood into the cabal system at the moment of chaos and everyone is abandoning fiat?
adios
But surely, isn't a 'licensing deal' still a money stream to him? I have no idea what the licensing deal is, but I would assume an initial flat fee (block of money even if non sell) plus a percentage of each sale. So for example, for every $99 purchase, Trump could get a 50% (or 80% or 20%) 'cut'.
You're correct, it's possible that he gets a cut of the first sales. He likely won't get a cut of secondary sales, but that's true of most NFTs.
