"They Weren't Following the Legal Requirements for Chain of Custody" - Expert in Kari Lake Trial, Heather Honey, Destroys Marico...
This afternoon in the Kari Lake trial in Maricopa County, Arizona, the chain of custody expert testified on the status of the chain of custody activities in Maricopa County during the election.  Heather Honey destroyed any suggestion that Maricopa County ...
She was great. Very cool headed.
"Yeah, but do you have any proof the ballot counts changed? Huh? Huh? Do you? Huh?
I swear, if I were the judge I would have ended the trial right there and thrown out the election. That was the whole damn point. No one would ever be able to tell with severely broken chain of custody.
By the way, Richer appeared to be calling in from the Panama City Police Department. That wasn't a hotel room.
I was pretty impressed how he worded his question as a quadruple negative!
Richer was dressed like a slob. That whole bunch of Board of Elections are so self-assured.
"We want you to prove you won" "No, and since I'm certified I'm just gonna stall until I get to pass laws anyway"
And she has trained special forces?
Spicy Honey.
The argument that those alleging election fraud cannot prove that fraudulent votes actually entered the count drives me crazy. The burden should be on those that run the election to prove that it is impossible for fraudulent votes to enter the count. Consider this analogy: You are playing poker. Suddenly in the middle of the betting, a fire alarm goes off and everyone lays their cards on the table and exits the room. Later, everyone comes back and resumes play. Player A unexpectedly wins the hand and Player B alleges that Player A cheated. Player A retorts, "Prove that I cheated". Of course Player B cannot prove that Player A cheated but everyone knows that cheating was certainly possible. That is why no one gets up and everybody watches until the cards are revealed. I hope that Kari Lake's legal team makes this obvious argument. The election rules are there to prevent the possibility of cheating. If they are not followed, then the election cannot be trusted.
I can also see them just re-dealing and replaying the hand if chaos erupted and everyone was scrambling. You know, like election day in Maricopa County.
I’m trying not to get to excited just yet. This exact stuff was said in 2020. I remember the lady from Michigan, red headed gal. Talking about the error rating. At no time has it ever went over 3%, if it were to, automatic shutdown and recalibrate, figure or whatever to see what is wrong. She was 2nd in charge of a Michigan county. She was overruled, and the error rating shot up to like 90%…..and nothing was changed. Business as usual.
Hoping for the best.
I hear you loud and clear. The biggest difference between this trial today and 2020 is that there were no election fraud trials in 2020. Zero.
Evidence of election fraud is being submitted in court for the very first time since 2020.
Even if Lake loses this trial, there is an appeals court, state Supreme Court, and perhaps US Supreme Court. None of those happen without a first case.
So, no matter what, we won the first real election fraud case today because we have an actual trial. Is it the end all, be all? No. Either side will likely appeal. However, we are on our way and that feels very, very good.
Celebrate the small wins along the way. We are going to build on this.

Nobody was doing trials in 2020. This is sworn testimony in court. We will see.
Can someone tell me this, is this a jury trial? Thanks.
I do not believe so. Haven't heard anything about jury selection.
Sounds like the judge wants this wrapped up by tomorrow afternoon and he will make a decision.
Any half decent judge would have already heard enough. Chain of custody was obliterated, on purpose. Ballots were printed the wrong size, on purpose. Those things are not done if you're running an honest election. Period. End of story.
Interesting. Thanks.
No.
Thank you.
The term in the law is an invalid ballot. Fucker doesn't even know the law he cited and he acted like she might be ignorant. What a retard.
