Only two options that could have been possible; 1) the machines were changed and it rejected ballots, or 2) The software on the laptops connected to the machines had been re-programmed to reject those DAY OF ELECTION ballots. Parikh said that the machine change or software manipulation was intentional and not by accident. That someone had to change/manipulate.
Expert Witness-Private Investigator; Ms Honey testified from her FOIA requests to Maricopa County they did not have any Election day chain of command receipts/docs/proof of number of votes on those Box three ballots of the rejected ballots. She said they were just put in bags, purses, tote bags and transported to Runbeck to be counted. She stated this did not follow chain of command protocol and State Law to preserve these ELECTION DAY ballots. She also testified an employee at Runbeck told her that Runbeck encouraged employees to gather votes from family members, friends, etc. to be counted at Runbeck without going through proper (by AZ law) chain of command. Which, those family/friends ballots would have had to go to Maricopa Cty first to be logged in as valid-legal votes, then to Runbeck to be counted. She also tesified about the accuracy/inaccuracy of USPS ballots.
Machine Techie Contractor testified that he had a number of tech contractors across the county where they all witnessed the chaos of machines rejecting ballots on DAY of VOTING. That they tried to the best of their ability to get those machines working. Most of the day and hours of frustration during the voting day it was machines breaking down and rejecting ballots.
RNC Attorney witness testified he had 10 other RNC attorneys across the county and the same thing, 'pandemonium and chaos' of machines not working, long voter lines of over 2 hours, people leaving, voters being told to go to other voting venues, etc. This attorney went to ten polling venues as did his other attorney and they witness over 132 polling places out of the 220+ places, all had machine malfunction issues, long lines, etc. He testified on the Maricopa Cty memo from Election Officials was falsehoods and lies trying to minimize the debacle of election day voters and the pandemonium of the machines not working. That the whole memo was a cover-up of election day debacle.
We will see what today's witness Rich Barris has to say. He's an expert on stats and numbers based upon registered voters, turn-out, numbers crunching, etc. He's got his YT channel; People's Pundit and is always on Bannon's War Room. (The numbers don't lie...)
Today we learned from Stephen Richer, under oath, that Maricopa County broke chain of custody and didn’t follow the law to count ballots at the precinct.

What is Lake's legal team wanting out of this lawsuit? Throw out all votes from Maricopa. To me that's the only fair thing for the Judge to do.
