Houston Police want to speak this man, but he’s not charged with a crime. HPD says a gunman was robbing people at a taqueria on S. Gessner last night. During the robbery, this man shot and killed the suspect... collected the money, gave it back to the robbery victims, and left. CHAD!

Dude likely put one in his head to finish him off if he wasn’t dead already. If the pause before the last shot is any indication.
Robber fucked around. Robber found out. Stupidity in action
On that basis alone, I would not want to be found by HPD let alone talk to them. Make them go apply for an arrest warrant with what they got. If they have the balls to do that, tell them you are exercising 5th amendment right to remain silent and right to counsel then stfu and give them nothing. Problem solved.
In case people haven’t realized - cops don’t just come talk to you as “person of interest” in a crime to do anything other than find a basis to charge you with that crime. And after seeing utter insanity with police enforcing bogus COVID mandates, I’ll never trust nor speak to them voluntarily again. Only a fool rolls those dice.
This right here. Never talk to police. Does not matter if you are innocent or guilty. Never talk to police
Is it STFU Friday?

Always a good video to show people.
Never, ever talk to police. Even if you trust them. Even if your brother is one.
Yep, tell them they can speak to your attorney, if you remain at the scene.
Pause before the last shot? The link has the entire video he literally walks up to his motionless body and keeps firing and then pauses and fires one more into his head or upper body area. Doing that puts him in possible legal jeopardy. Anytime someone stops shooting after the threat is stopped and then goes back to shoot them again when no new threat has emerged that can be classified as a killing rage and the person can be charged with murder. A similar thing happened with an Oklahoma drug store owner...shot an armed robber and dropped him. He went into the back and came back out and shot him again while he was laying on the ground. He was convicted of murder. Here theres not as much of a time lag but i could see why the police might find those last few shots questionable.
If you robbed people in the past, you lost a hand or your head.
Police can fuck off on that one, if coming back saved them from a future potential robbery call then they should be thankful.
Don't go around robbing people, it's not hard to understand.
Well under Texas law if it is determined it was a justified shooting, the person shot is barred from suing for civil damages.
Exactly! The police want to "talk" to him, AKA arrest him. He didn't fuck up shooting this guy, he fucked up executing him. They're absolutely going to charge him with murder. He makes people that carry look bad because he took it way too far. Shooting him from the booth was good, and he 100% would not be in legal trouble at all. Executing him with that last shot will get him prison time.
