Not an update , the story was written the day the court had the case to consider they would consider it ( Jan 6) which is the day it was docketed on the schedule for consideration. Old story, why posting it here today, it clearly says Jan 6, 2023 on top of the page??
I don't understand what this means, because I am unfamiliar with the SCOTUS procedures. Is this different than the status on Friday? I thought we were now waiting until tomorrow for a new status? What does "docketed" actually mean? Will the case be heard? Or is there a chance it will still be swept to the side without being heard? Thanks
