Trump did say at a rally that Joe Biden. Is shot, he has half his head left.
Trump also authorized firing squads again.
I hope that's how McStain went out: firing squad.
Hopefully the shot(s) missed a bit and he bled out painfully for several minutes.

He’s said repeatedly “Joe got his shot” when talking about the Covid shots, but when Trump wants people to pick up on something he repeats the line twice, and emphasizes his speech. So with plausible deniability he’s talking about the Covid shots, but it sure seems like he’s inferring something else.
I went to a Turning Point event where Trump was speaking, and when he said his usual “Joe got his shot” line that he always used to say, he put his hand to his head and did the universal finger-thumb gun to head symbol. 😮🔫
Love it. The time I'm talking about wasn't in the COVID frame. It was more about him being too old and dumb for office.
