Shooting the POS was fine, but he then stood over him and fired 2 shot about 3 seconds apart into the guy's body. At that point, he went from self-defense to murder. WTF was he thinking?
Yeah hard to defend that. Completely unnecessary the threat had clearly been eliminated
Yup. Suspect down and not moving, disarmed with gun cleared away from reach. Stand over him and wait for police to arrive. Don't go all John Wick
Ooo, shit! I didn't know that. Yikes! He made a huge mistake with that action. Hero to villain, in a snap!
Yup the full video was him shooting the guy from the booth. Dropped his ass right where he stood, but then he got up, shot him again, then stood over him and put 2 more into him. He's going to be charged with murder no doubt.
That is why ONE PRACTICES for ONE-SHOT TAKE DOWN...firing anymore is just wasting ammo...
FOR THE ONES WHO CARRY: PRACTICE ONE-SHOT TAKE DOWN UNTIL IT BECOMES SECOND NATURE...and before doing that---MAKE SURE THAT WEAPON IS SECURE IN BOTH HANDS...
Not many people practice this...I practice with NY cop and he said that my shots were well within the target to NOT BE construed as OVER-REACTING...
Just passing on what I learned in 30 years of the US Military!!!
Adrenaline is a crazy thing. Also the “I’ll never get another chance to do this” sort of thinking comes to mind too
Then he should have never had a gun in the first place. He's an idiot and he'll be prosecuted.
Good thing he lawyered up and remained silent.. The DA is not your friend.. Well, unless you are a criminal??
It would have been better for his case if he hadn't done the final head-shot AFTER recovering the criminal's gun which proves that he knew that the criminal was unarmed and no longer a threat at this point (also no longer moving). Let's see what happens. Be smart out there.
I applaud him taking this asshole out like he did, but that last shot was too much, imo. (Proud gun owner and daily concealed carrier here)
He applied the Zombieland rule to the real world🐸
This citizen should be given a medal for protecting himself and other innocent people from criminals.
When the law/court system doesn't protect us, then we must protect ourselves.
If you carry, get carry insurance. First call you make is to the lawyer. Let someone else call 911 or call after you call the attorney. Have the number in your favorites.
I had to draw on a crackhead from the drivers seat not long ago. Thankfully I didn’t have to shoot, but I started immediately thinking, get ready to call the attorney if I pull that trigger.

Gun lawyer discussing it, this guy is pretty good to keep up to date with in regard to gun laws
He's been playing too much DayZ
The coffee cup on the way out sealed it
A good lawyer will ask the jury to watch the tapes of the killers who robbed and then shot their victims for no reason. Then ask what part of taking this animal out was bad (not the opinion of MSM or liberal DAs) IF They were eating there? Then tell them that the SCOTUS has ruled that the police are NOT responsible for protecting the public, even IF they could, so Who Is?
