Constantly changing stuff!! Every once in awhile they ask how they are doing and I just keep repeating "I didn't ask you to change anything!"
Their OS still ends up needing updates because it's still kind of like 10% buggy trash on the backend

Maybe proclaiming Marina A. as the single greatest artist who ever lived was a mistake? Maybe rolling out that Marina campaign on Easter day a few years back was a big mistake? They had messages they wanted to point out, and we get to treat them accordingly.
