What does this part of the post mean?
It means that in 2016 the mechanisms were already in place to steal the election. Trump got the vote he got legitimately, and the military made sure he was allowed to win legitimately by threatening the cabal into submission and preventing them from using the "recount scam" to change votes, or for BO to declare fraud and stop Trump from being inaugurated.
This was the only way Trump was even able to win in the first place. It would have easily been stolen in 2016 if the military didn't stop it. It would have been easy to prevent it in 2021 if they decided it was necessary for the process of waking everyone up. But it wasn't. It had to be this way, because people had to be shown.
I always assumed that meant that the cabal only backed down temporarily, thinking that Trump would merely gain some time and that they'd regroup to attack again later. Time will tell, but I think Trump's win was leveraged to go for their jugular worldwide, and the cabal didn't see it coming.

That is what I have been hoping. I did not realize back then how asleep people are and how hard it is to wake them up. Even Patriotic Americans I know do not know how to discern the truth, so they believe nothing and they suffer for it.
Why they didn't do the unthinkable when the election was stolen in 2020 is still unclear IMHO
Since Q needed Trump to be in place and HRC not be POTUS, I am pretty certain that the white-hats used their own system against them to ensure that Trump won.
So, yes I think Trump won fairly, and yes I think that Q prevented the DS from rigging it.
However, if there was any question that Trump wasn't going to win I'm 100% certain they would have rigged it in his favour. It's war ffs - there are no rules except winning.

just to clarify, is your theory that the deep state was informed by the military in 2016 that their shenanigans would not be allowed?
What that tells me is that military white hats leaked internally (within the classified information networks) that they were prepared to "do the unthinkable" if they didn't allow Trump to take his win cleanly.
Take that to mean what you will.
I don't think the DS were told ahead of time, I think they were genuinely shocked when Trump actually won.
