You need a full-face respirator to not get viral contamination. That mask is for mold inhalation protection. It /may/ /reduce/ the chances of viral infection via lungs (unlike cloth masks, N95s, etc)

Actually she's wearing one of the best masks you can get. It will filter a lot and I always have mine on hand during home construction projects.
