These people wouldn’t spend billions to just foresee the future. They want to understand how to shape the future. It’s an AI that recommends the “parlor tricks” needed to reach a desired future outcome.
How do you convince Americans to accept a spy state established through the Patriot Act? How do you justify wars in the Middle East? How do you get BO elected? What “parlor tricks” are necessary to make these things happen?
It stopped working in 2012, all timelines pointed to an awakening of humanity to the evil perpetrated on them by the elites.
No matter how many variables and alt timelines they inputted into this stargate they all came out with the same conclusion, an awakening is coming.
I also remember hearing that from someone who was hired to try and fix it... and he kept coming to the same conclusion, it can't be fixed and the awakening is going to happen. Nothing can stop what is coming is not a euphemism

So it is maybe AI that has the ability to collapse all timeline probabilities in a finite time (out 5 years or 10 years); down to 2 or 3 possible "paths" (timelines) and it does this by using data collection from "nodes" WW (could be computers, phones, purchasing, spending habits, trended topics, disease analysis, etc to infinity) as "REALITY" in the 3rd density is a "reflection" of that which humans focus upon, emote about, BELIEVE.
