I interpreted the world SHOULD as being an indicator you knew what he SHOULD be doing.
The way I see it, there must be a reason he isn't answering those questions directly. Is there anyone who he trusts that can fill in those blanks? Do you see the people he is supporting, becoming leaders in their own way?
The games he plays won't make sense until it's all done. I do know it's about controlling the GRAND NARRATIVE.
My guess? Something damning is coming about DeSantis by the DeepState.
Trump has their playbook. He distances himself WELL in advance so that IF they take down DeSantis, they leave Trump as THE only option. They don't want to do that. Or not.

THE PROBLEM: They are lumping Fentanyl in with the other drugs. It is 100x more potent. 2mg is a fatal dose yet these limits are for 2.5g.
