It all depends on your skin’s tolerance to the sun but I use Coconut oil applied after shower and before drying off along wit the use hats, long sleeve shirts, and long pants.

Edit…I actually just looked it up…well did an internet search. There are lots of ‘recipes’ for natural sunscreen.
Titanium Dioxide is also one of the main ingredients used in SUNSCREEN....but it's those 'dangerous' UV rays causing all that skin cancer.

Nothing. Just don't be in it too long without clothing.
