FEMA did answer in the beginning. They said their disaster did not meet FEMA criteria, therefore they would not be getting the federal assistance.

We all know Trump is coming and that's why FEMA wants to show up now.

But the criteria has not changed so why would they be allowed federal dollars?

We know they should have been there helping for 2 weeks already but according to their answer to step in Now does not make sense, other than it is 100% political.

For this, agency heads should be arrested.

There was a post that had the FEMA guidelines as written with the part about responding to Chem spills highlighted. Think it was on twit under Bidets page. FEMA just didn't want to go into the Chem bath and were trying to deny their responsibility. I would like to know how it went basically Un reported for 10 days by the legacy msm
