It seems like a lot. So either it is in fact way above the normal, or it's similar to prior years but it's being covered in depth for the first time which raises more questions.
Most likely population control tactic. If we look at it like the fake pandemic, they will at some point use air and drinking water quality to make quasi quarantine zones. {However, at least theoretically to me, that would open up class action lawsuits}
Metered water use, certain days will be marked red for air quality/toxins and they'll force people to stay indoors.
If these train incidents are not entirely abnormal, then I can think of no other likely scenario.
All over the US, also have to factor-in blame for DeathVaxx cancers. Can't allow spike in deadly cancers without other potential causes to blame it on.
I'm not meaning this in a personal way against you:
You could sue the government, but do you have enough money? If you have enough money, are you for certain safe? If you're safe, is your lawyer reliable? If your lawyer is reliable, are they part of a big firm? If they're part of a big firm, are all their ducks in a row? The government will likely do anything to prevent a lawsuit from exposing really bad shit, including threatening you and your family, killing you and your family, and going after the licenses of your lawyer.
The roots of corruption are ingrained deeply in this land. Only solution is to bring in the constitutional landscapers. We might as well be in a civil war right now. Is not like we don’t have state against state, business boycott because of woke culture.
People need to save hard copies of verifiable data in case it gets either deleted or modified. Storage is cheap these days. A 1 TB hard drive is like $50 or so depending on manufacturer and speed. Even thumb drives are cheap.
Need a year over year comparison.

They're manufacturing chaos.

I meant suing the company responsible, such as Norfolk southern.
And yes, I would gladly sure the government, though I'd expect 0.0 amount of justice.
I do have the mental fortitude for it however.

The issue is that it would require a minority report type intuition to know exactly what to save before an incident happens.
Unless you could save the entirety of the Internet.
