We could mean the US, and afair you guys did down that aircraft in the strait of Hormuz. Some US Navy ship shot it down during the Iran/Iraq war, if I recall correctly.
Yes, but that Navy ship tried to pin the blame on the pilots of the airplane for ânot identifying themselves properly.â
And then we basically admitted guilt under the Clinton administration but didnât have to say that we were completely at fault for doing so.
Why does that matter? Because the chick making jokes about it in this email was working for the State Department in the Bill Clinton Administration when that âagreementâ and reparation payment were finalized.
