That guy is a HERO! And if I recall correctly he got like probation and no jail time. Louisianna had it right back then. Although I wouldn't have even given him probation.
There was a case in Texas that a guy had hired a farm hand, illegal I think, and caught the POS trying to molest his 6 y/o daughter. He beat the guy to death and the authorities decided not to charge him.
Not sure of the details in the Texas case, but from a legal standpoint, you could have argued the guy lost control. Who wouldn't if they stumbled on something like that? If you lose control, you're not in the frame of mind where you fully know what you're doing so can't be found guilty in the legal system. The authorities probably would have argued that that's what happened from a legal standpoint, and therefore there was no crime.
Or the recent one where convicted pedo was stalking his daughter at daycare .He beat the dude w a shovel and finished him off w moose antlers..on salty cracker
Ya know, I was never a fan of killing people or being the judge, jury and executioner in my line of work..... and I'm definitely not saying Gary was right or wrong, but there's a reason why people don't have faith in the justice system. There's also a reason why revenge and honor killings are still a cultural thing in whichever parts of the world.
Did the manner of the shooting not seriously endanger the innocent people around the molester? Looks like both the cameraman and police escort could have been hurt.

Hero indeed!! And if we treated pedos like that every time, guaranteed the problem is solved or at least the perps would think twice.

Dude, no. Just because you “lose control” doesn’t mean you’re absolved of murder. If it were that easy, all the criminals would be using that one lol.
They try to use it all the time. It's called "Temporary Insanity."
You use the correct legal terminology. For some reason, these words slipped my mind.
The only important judge is God. God doesn't like it when you hurt children.
Is it wrong that I love the video of the dad blowing his brains out? Because I love that video.
Not at all. Observing justice in real-time feels great. And I agree with you 100%. Watching that shot is very satisfying.
Yes.
Good dad.
Castration sounds plausible, but my guess is they would reoffend in other ways.
The problem is not the penis, the problem is the mind.
Agree.
And why shooting him in the head cures him.
Gary (just before hanging up the phone) "Excuse me for a sec...I have to go make the world a better place."
American hero.

5 years probation for deleting a chomo. It was back when people protected their kids and blood meant more than all the money in the world.
A legendary dad.
