If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.
-Article XIII TONA from published 1825 U.S. Constitution (Military Laws)
Once fully ratified, an Amendment can only be removed via another Amendment (such as Prohibition), and this one was never removed, meaning it is still active, just hidden.
American Bar Association is domiciled in Washington D.C. and DC is a "foreign power" by all definitions after the 1861 Military U.S. created by Lincoln [military foreign power], 1871 DC Organic Act [political foreign power], and 1913 creation of Federal Reserve [financial foreign power]. All State Bars are franchises of American Bar Association and also incorporated in Washington, D.C. making them "foreign powers" by association.
A "foreign power" is relative to the "perpetual Union" created by the Articles of Confederation, and the "more perfect Union" created by the 1788 Constitution for the united states of America. If you ain't part of the Union, you are a foreign power.
What IS the kicker here is this: Admirality Law has been the rule for a long time since the Crown assumed the bankruptcy after the Civil War (the War between the States). Common Law went bye bye and now the Lords of the Chamber wear black robes to honor the Crown.
It may take decades to restore Common Law...
Technically, this one is "Constitution for the united states of America" ratified 1788, in effect March 4, 1789. I believe it says that at the front or in the preamble, despite it being labelled "of" in other publications. This appears to be legit Trust I document as opposed to the "of" document which is Trust II, created 1871.
The preamble always closes with “…and establish this constitution for the United States of America.” The table of contents and title of the document say OF THE UNITED STATES.
PLEASE ARCHIVE COPIES OF THIS PDF OFFLINE, AS IT IS LIKELY TO BE TARGETED FOR DELETION NOW THAT I FOUND IT.

Evidence of full ratification of Amendment XIII TONA completed multiple times, most recent 1836 by Arkansas accounting for 3/4 of states ratifying: https://greatawakening.win/p/16a9llmBsX/the-battle-to-fully-ratify-amend/

For a second I thought you found a copy of the constitution FOR the united states.

So you think this is not the original? Is there a 3 level trick being played on us?
