Just to be fair, I have seen situations where the only one or two people that stepped in to take charge of a situation were women. The soyboys just stood there looking. My mother and grandmothers could take charge in very stressful situations and I witnessed them in action several times in my life. I even saw my mother slap another women that was screaming in order to jolt the woman back into reality. It was a medical emergency and there was no time or tolerance for panic. I come from good strong pioneer stock - both the men and the women.
Notice, it was a boy who took quick and effective action. He should be congratulated on his budding toxic masculinity.
I was thinking that same thing, the responsibility of a man to step in and take charge when everyone panics.

My bet would be one or both of those boys are Boy Scouts. Probably Life rank.
