From my personal experience, if you cut out sugar pretty much entirely, eat minimal carbs, and give your digestive system atleast 14 hours rest between dinner and breakfast, you will be amazed how quickly your health turns around (not to mention weight loss).
Why this is hidden in plainsight beats me. I watched my wife do this for 6 months before I even started because I was that skeptical. And once I started, it was so easy. The daily fasting really kicks your body off of sugar dependance, reduces insulin, and next thing you know you dont even crave sugar. And if you keep it up, you are actually turned off by the same sweet stuff you always liked.
no! HAVE to eat pasta? Maybe hope for you if you can cut back on the whites. White sugar, flour, pasta & rice. It's kinda hard though because it's rather addictive. AND it is in everything you eat. Start reading the ingredients. SOY is horrible so watch that one and vegetable oils. Best thing I did for my health was to go carnivore. Start with Dr. Anthony Chaffee " plants want to kill you". That will kinda freak ya out. He's a biologist and a neurosurgeon. And then check out KenDBerry's videos. There is hope!

My doctor once told me to cut out everything in my diet that's white. That also includes salt as much as possible.
Need that salt!! and lots of it. Redmond salt is the best. And milk? NO way.
