Great song, but I think even more appropriate for the times is another song from Signals
The Weapon
We've got nothing to fear but fear itself
Not pain or failure, not fatal tragedy
Not the faulty units in this mad machinery
Not the broken contacts in emotional chemistry?
With an iron fist in a velvet glove
We are sheltered under the gun
In the glory game on the power train
Thy kingdom's will be done.
And the things that we fear
Are a weapon to be held against us.
He's not afraid of your judgement
He knows of horrors worse than your Hell
He's a little bit afraid of dying
But he's a lot more afraid of your lying.
And the things that he fears
Are a weapon to be held against him.
Can any part of life be larger than life?
Even love must be limited by time
And those who push us down that they might climb
Is any killer worth more than his crime?
Like a steely blade in a silken sheath
We don't see what they're made of
They shout about love, but when push comes to shove
They live for things they're afraid of.
And the knowledge that they fear
Is a weapon to be used against them.
He's not afraid of your judgement
He knows of horrors worse than your Hell
He's a little bit afraid of dying
But he's a lot more afraid of your lying.
And the things that he fears
Are a weapon to be held against him.

One of their best "deep album cuts", and one that is in my 70s and 80s collection rotation. I just love how it starts with that sequenced synth and Neil's noodling (total 80s feel!) and builds up. Rush were masters of song tension. Chemistry is another great cut from that album.
Conform or be cast out holds true for leftists now especially. Can't go against any of their agendas without being labeled "trans, homo, vax, science -phobic"
In the high school halls... in the shopping malls. Conform or be cast out...
Any escape might help to soothe the unattractive truth...
Of course you feel awkward, it's called a fucking growth spurt

Ooops, I misunderstood this one....

Great song!
But for all Q related, I think that this song by this other outstanding Canadian Band is the rallying cry:
Triumph - Fight the Good Fight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5jqJqR1-ZA
"For they passed a noble law
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet axe and saw"
The Professor, ever the objectivist...
Mankind stands naked in the face of Evil yet again.
"I Will Choose Freewill."
IMHO "trans kids" is just the emo kids. They have been at this degradation for decades. It has accelerated for sure through the degradation of music.
Music is god's language, and like everything else in this world, Satan has corrupted it to it's core.
Remember, if you want to FEEEL God's forgiveness, pick up an instrument and play it until God's voice speaks through you.
Fair enough, and an updoot for a valid opinion. We can't like everything, can we? That'd be boring as shit!
I love Rush but hate Foreigner. “It takes all kinds”I suppose
