I don't think he's free because they're paying him the rest of his contract so I think he's going to have a nondisclosure until that contract is over I don't know though that's just my feeling
It doesn't seem like Mike Wallace, Catherine Herridge or Ed Henry, just to name a few "ex-Foxers", had any type of non-compete clause in their contracts, so I doubt Tucker has anything to worry about in this regard.
He has a couple three years left on his contract. If he takes a buyout Im sure a non compete clause will be included so he will be sidelined for the duration. Lets hope he doesnt do that.
The dude was earning $20M a year. Had been for many years. He became a multi-millionaire long ago. How much can a man spend in a year or in the remainder of a contract term? I don’t buy the “I would go all out for truth and justice and personal principles if it wasn’t for these pesky golden handcuffs shackling me to the promises of a few million more schmekels on top of the 10s of millions of schmekels I already have…” Either you have principles and backbone, moral fibre and an ethical compass, or you do not. Or you are so immersed, compromised and in deep with Team Evil, even if against your will, that the “muh contracts and money” argument/defense is all a distracting ruse from a script handed to you. (Let’s face it, above all else, he’s an actor, albeit one with critical faculties)
I wonder about that, he may be able to speak his mind, his termination was immediate. How often do you see that? I wonder if he has severance pay or not. If he is still getting paid then maybe he is being silenced.

A non-disclosure just means he can't reveal trade secrets or whatever.
It's the non-compete he's probably in that will stop him from doing shit.

But they weren't as big as Tucker either
Very possible
