I've tried a home monitor, and it is higher than it "should" be.
Doctor's office always checks it a few times since they don't believe it the first time they get the reading. I'm also not on any meds at all.
How about your parents? Could it just be hereditary?? Look into plant sterols as an organic alternative to meds… You can always try more exercise… ( I know that’s a dirty word) take care of yourself fren!
Thanks fren. It's perhaps hereditary, they say dad has high, too. But to my knowledge, no one else does.
And, while I probably do need more exercise, I do feel I stay fairly active. Could always use more tho 😅
Some magnesium lotion on your feet every morning and night can make a big difference! Made a big difference during the pregnancy of our last baby. The ritual has been continued and I swear by it!
