"It's very clear [all the justices] recognize what's going on. That's why they signed this statement. This isn't about the ethics code, because they've got one," Severino contended. "This is about intimidating certain members of the court, and they all can get behind exactly what the proper guidelines are."
What is your take on this?
Hopefully not to be bought out !
It's just a bunch of Asshole Leftists that for about 40 years have been working hard at finding a way to set up a ""Watchdog Group"" that oversees what SCOTUS does, En Toto, meaning when they Shit, Sleep, Eat, what they drink, what tv shows they watch, etc....
It is INTENDED for this Group to gain Full Control of SCOTUS with the Intention of having the ability to tell members of SCOTUS what they will chose with each case that comes in front of them....
In other words, it's just another Criminal Element Group trying to overthrow another part of the Federal Government....
It makes me think of the Brunson case and how they talked about congress planning to reduce the power of the Supremes. This feels to me like they understand that in order to save their own skins, they have to have a united front on any such attempt.
SCOTUS needs to be brought back into line as well as the rest of our public servants.
Whose line ?
Back within their constitutional confines. They are not allowed to make law, among other things.
Really? Not even an appearance of corruption? That is completely and totally false. There is a mountain of "appearance of corruption" in their refusal to take on Texas v. Pennsylvania in the election fraud of 2020.
These radical left media outlets just lie whenever they feel like it. I get that you have to prove actual corruption, and it's never been proven. But appearance of corruption is very evident to anyone who read that disgusting opinion.
I assume that when they over state something with lots of unnecessary adjectives ("no actual evidence of", "even the appearance of") to the point where it's impossible they are trying to tell the reader that the exact opposite is true but there is someone holding a gun to their head as they type.
You know like the old Freudian slip by Freud himself: “I can certainly recommend the Gestapo to everyone” - Sigmund Freud, 1938
