I'm well aware of The Borax Conspiracy. I'm just not in a position right now to mix borax into my drinking water--maybe at some point in the future. For now, the boron pills. Might increase dosage later.
And no, I don't feel sweet 16. For one, I need to lose about 50 pounds--going for a brisk run every day and cutting down portions will help with that, since I don't have a weight set. And I certainly don't feel as, uh, horny as I did then.
Go keto and alternate fasting. It works: been 10 years doing that.

No, it’s allowing oneself x hours a day to eat, in my case, x is usually less than one hour and I don’t even snack during the remaining time.
Which means beside lunch, I simply do not eat. This actually made my nightly back ache disappear as it was due to the acidic reaction occurring at night because of my stomach digesting.
Wow...I never heard of that extreme. I do the intermittent fast...eating 2 meals over an approximately 6-8 hour window and that sometimes can even be less time...but NEVER just an hour...
I truly believe eating a lot less food is very healthy...I feel much better with less...I may cut my eating window back but don't believe I could only eat once a day..That must take a lot of discipline...but good for you if it works...
I actually do that and it is quite easy...I just throw a measuring cup with about 1/4 c. water in the microwave for about 25 seconds then I stir in 1/8 tsp. of 20 mule team borax...then I put it in my 20 oz. water bottle along with Aloe Vera and ACV. It is SO easy....but I could see taking a pill...if that is more convenient. It is probably easier to adjust the amount of powder if there is a problem, tho....I take lots of other supplements so I like something different...
Actually apple cider vinegar helps you lose weight and keeps your body slightly alkaline. Also look at intermittent fasting for weight loss...I eat in an 6-8 hour window...usually two meals because I am older...and then only drink water the rest of the time...it allows your body 16+ hours to heal and reset. You will feel good with less food and a body that is working more optimally. You can change to fit your needs...Dr. Berg has some terrific videos online about this. I have enjoyed eating like that for a while now...
