Facing charges? I know that is the title, but according to this article (more of a historical puff piece on the Rock), he is one of many named in the lawsuit and some of entities are government agencies. Not that the plaintiff being on the El Paso wanted list should matter, but that is a far cry from the Rock facing criminal charges. No one has even been served yet. I'm more interested in the plaintiff's story than what part the Rock had to play in this, unless of course, he ends up being the primary antagonist.
Yeah, the title of this post would earn a less than stellar grade back in the day from even the most medicre of j-schools.

Watch your facts frens. A civil court filing by a plaintiff's lawyer is NOT a criminal charge brought by a local District Attorney, city attorney or even (he pukes) the DOJ.
