From what I recall, mostly foreigners. Fake nursing school and diplomas, then sit the NCLEX (national nursing license exam). What I don't get though is that at least in my state, the school has to be approved by a state board, or it's not legit. If it's not legit, graduates can't take the NCLEX to get licensed.
Looks like they are trying to make excuses for all the normal medical professionals in the sick industry that are more than willing to do as they are told everyday regardless of patient consequences in order to keep they status and paycheck. I put no stock in this story.
I have little doubt that the story is accurate, but no one should avoid justice, this cannot be a scapegoat group for the native credentialed arrogant satanic medical professionals who murdered people.
While I agree that this is disgusting. It still looks like a very long bow to link what we all suspect was "cabal orchestrated murder to pump up the death numbers for max panic effect" to this fraud?
Sure, it's not beyond the bounds of possibilty that the frauds were involved in the murder - but I don't see the link. I think this is in danger of giving an excuse to all the asshole actual Drs and nurses who ventilated and Remdesivir'd patients.
"The individuals who acquired the bogus nursing credentials used them to qualify to sit for the national nursing board exam. Upon successful completion of the board exam, the nursing applicants became eligible to obtain licensure in various states to work as an RN or a LPN/VN. "
I highly doubt that all the doctors and nurses caring for the supposed Covid patients were using fake credentials. There are many shifts and many days of persons caring for the ill in doctors’ offices, hospitals and nursing homes. I do not doubt some had forged credentials, but every single person? No. Those involved will not be using this ploy to weasel out of prosecution by saying they were following doctors’ orders.
That's a good question, but they probably gamed it somehow by greasing the right hands.
This is the first I heard there were "fake" doctors and nurses...I am curious how this story will unfold...
They were great DANCERS, that's for sure!
Maybe that was the main qualification...
I heard about fake nurses months ago, fake degree mill in Florida.

No one is off the hook. No pointing fingers.
