In the early days I think they claimed to have caught a shoe bomber and an underwear bomber. Probably bullshit, to rationalize making people take off shoes and violating their private areas
They didn't catch them - passengers on the planes did. TSA can't even catch their own guys when they smuggle guns thru security.
I 100% believe if we eliminated all TSA/security the planes would be safer than ever because anyone could have a weapon. As it is now, when some fool tries something they get beaten half to death and duct-taped to their chairs by a group of pissed-off passengers.
A twist on the old saying - a polite flight is an armed flight.
Haha you’re right about those “bombers”. TSA might’ve still used their own failure as an excuse for more funding, more regulations, and more violation of passengers
Yeah, the reasoning of the second amendment makes sense on the ground or in the air.
Are they even looking? Supposedly they can't even search obvious suspects based on nationality or looks-so the obvious suspect gets to go unscathed and can do all sorts of things because they "look like terrorists would" Isn't that hysterical. I'm not certain the same restrictions are in effect currently but they were when this whole TSA mess started.
for real, when was the last time a TSA agent caught a terrorist? when was the FIRST time?

Probably? Lol

they didn't catch those guys, they made it onto the planes and tried to use their " devices " though XD

i feel you. the entire politically correct way of doing things is their way of admitting their false intentions without actually doing so.
