Any medical recommendations? Any possibility to reverse or heal from the vax at this point. He is vaxed with two boosters. None of my brothers would listen to me and I am very upset about this.

Above all, stay calm and don't panic.
He needs to get a referral to see a heart specialist ASAP. The specialist should check your brother's heart functions to rule out any potential heart damage.
You could have a look at videos and other information by Dr McCullough. He is one of the leading Cardiologists in the US.

Yes, I make it and have taken it for years, add red yeast rice, boron, selenium, magnesium and iodine. CBD also looks promising. Good luck and pray.
Cablez has good info. Also EDTA chelation. Fermented chlorella. Or dandelion root. Ivermectin. Stay away from hospital or doctors unless they understand vax is weapon.

I swear I got “shedded” by my friend/neighbor . He got vaxxed did a “bro hug” Temples touched for a nano second.
He was soon hospitalized 3 times having 3 separate seizures.

First of all, he might have really high blood pressure. If he isnt, he should be taking 1 81mg or under asprin per day for his heart, and also prostate and colon cancer prevention. He/you/we/ all should be taking cialis every day also for this same reason. Cialis increases the artteries to allow more blood to flow. Also is the #1 prostate prevention drug for men over 30. Also believe it or not...cayenne pepper REALLY helps lower blood pressure. Vitamin k2 also helps clear plaques, and coincidentally vitamin d is best to take with k2. My step son has been getting this after 1 dose but his had a ECG and blood tests. Apparently it's was a asthma attack, he does smoke even though we advised him not to take up our bad habits. Hopefully he will be ok
So sorry about your brother. Being double jabbed and boosted, it most likely is the vax. If he will listen, there are treatments available as others have recommended. I was having chest pains and arrhythmias, turns out the alkalized water can sometimes do that. I thought it was good to alkalize water for health reasons, esp cancer, but for some it can cause heart issues.
He could do with getting a D - Dimer blood test done to rule out any micro clotting (as opposed to DVT's) is there any cold feet or hands do you know that he's complained of?
With myocarditis, it's not always acute (as in you notice it straight away) and could be sub clinical, what tends to happen is the ECG/EKG shows all is normal (unless the chest pain is happening at that exact time) and I would insist on further investigations. It happened to several friends of mine. The trouble with the heart is that once scarring has occurred or tissue damaged, it cannot rejuvenate itself as a muscle.
Nattokinasse as been touted as helpful in ridding the S1 Spike protein, so I would look into that as well.

Where is the pain exactly located? Does it radiate? What's his heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure like? Is it worse with activity? Did he have any leg pain, swelling, redness, or tenderness? Not too many differential diagnoses to consider but sharp chest pain is never good unless the pain is reproducible by pressing on his anterior chest wall...

Prayers for you all. Lots of great advice in here already, will just add a few specs - heart specialist based if possible, must do a d-dimer test in the panel - this will detect micro-clots.
FLCC detox protocols include most of what's below, and they have tele-visits available as well. Newest finding is Nattokinase to break up spike proteins.
