BREAKING: The FBI refuses to comply with House GOP subpoena for a key document in the Biden family criminal scheme.
The FBI appears to be hiding an FBI-generated FD-1023 form that was revealed by a whistleblower.
The form allegedly details an "alleged criminal scheme involving then-VP Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions."
The FBI responded to GOP requests with the following:
"Sensitive law enforcement materials, like FD-1023 Confidential Human Source Reporting forms (FD-1023) in which you have expressed interest, are critical to FBI’s faithful execution of federal law and protection of U.S. national security."
"An FD-1023 is one of many forms the FBI uses to collect and catalog information for its law enforcement and national security work. This form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting from a confidential human source. Reporting by confidential human sources is one important form of highly sensitive law enforcement information upon which the FBI relies to develop leads, assess the credibility of potential evidence and sources, build investigations, and take action to enforce the criminal law or protect national security."
Where’s the rationale for refusing to comply? Other than total corruption of the FBLie.
Their rationale is that complying with the subpoena would do more damage than ignoring the request altogether. I'm sure their very confident that they can withstand another barrage of strongly-worded letters and political posturing from the limp-dick GOP. It hasn't failed them yet.
They'll use the same old excuse. They can't comment on an ongoing investigation blah blah blah. Rinse and repeat until the issue falls out of the news cycle, if it even makes it that far.

We no longer have a federal government that answers to the people. The unelected federal agencies have become a power unto themselves answerable only to one political party.

My take is they knew damn well the fed boi's would not comply. They already have the document from a whistleblower and wanted to see if they (Fedfags) would actually start cooperating. This was their chance and they blew it. We need to see how this plays out, and I'm betting that there WILL be ramifications for them this time.
it is time congress guts the budget for the fbia. also need to pass laws making it criminal for the fbia to be generating its own income. no more civil asset forfiture for the fbia goons.
