Everybody gets one major, regrettable mistake per term. That was arguably President Trump's turn.
He could've reversed his error on Jan 6 at the rally, by saying "Go nowhere near the Capitol! A fake riot is being staged there right now with antifa and BLM and others. Don't go. Bad people are doing an insurrection, or something like it. YOU don't want to be part of that! Don't fall into their trap! It's OK to protest, but today just go home peacefully, we'll get through this together. The best is yet to come. Do NOT go to the Capitol, it's a setup! That I can tell you."

Who's to say that the people the FBI was forced to arrest weren't mostly their own!? I was in DC, outside the building. I felt a prompting from God to not enter the building. Recognized a few of the faces who have been "arrested" and they didn't seem like legitimate patriots to me. I think the FBI's plan to de legitimate trump via a staged insurrection may have caught a few pedes up in the process, but mostly forced the government to arrest their own plants within peaceful organizations like the proud boys.
That assumes that DJT knew that a fake riot was being staged. I'm not so sure he knew that the DS setup "riot" was going to happen until it did happen.
This may have been the last time that DJT allowed the DS to surprise him with a sneak attack.

Yeah no chit. I just remember knowing it was all bullshit, having taken physics and being a bit bewildered by how many just sucked it right down like that's how it really went down. That was my first real glimpse of collective mass stupidity - I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. Remember that shit? Thanks for reminding me...I had forgotten that experience. That truly was the beginning of this concentrated mass psychosis rope a dope operation. It revealed to me just how gullible and stupid the herd is. Everyone seeking answers so they leave the news on 24/7 in hopes of getting more information but they just get more hypnotized as it's reinforced over and over.
And they used the tails side of the coin (antifa being the heads?) aka the Proud Boys to do it!
