Wow. The court basically says "what does 'compare' even mean?" And there's no time specified in the law so it can't determine if the compare took place even though it acknowledges 70k ballots was compared at less than 1 second. But what does 'compare' even means?

It was already known, by those with an understanding of lawfare, that no matter which way the judge ruled his ruling would be appealed. Additionally, it was expected that no matter what evidence Karis attorneys provided, the judge would rule against her so she would be the one to appeal the ruling.

Fwiw, I'm choosing to view what Karis doing as providing disclosure and motivation for Americans plus getting things on the record which gives others the ability to act.
Example? AZ Senator Borellis letter today about the use of machines in 2024s federal elections. This is something states with Republican majorities can do without their governors approval; states like Wisconsin, North Carolina, Louisiana and Florida.
