Interesting. To do that here in the US, It would necessitate skirting our Constitution, unless martial law were imposed, to achieve the same thing. And as much as I loathe the criminal gangs in this country, I revere the Constitution too much to see that happen.
I believe this. Where I grew up in LA County, there was a Mexican gang called Rivera 13. One of the members lived across the street from us and they were nothing but trouble. They moved out about 5 years or so. I think it was after their oldest was put into prison. The youngest was following in his brother's footsteps.
Now THAT can be done without impinging on our Constitution in any way. We should do it, but I don't expect to see any such action from our feckless government. It is too distracted right now by silly non-issues, like trans rights, grooming children, and letting criminals walk our streets unhindered.
It wouldn't. This is why we have the national guard. Also, the state is allowed to call up the citizens into a militia for defense.
Aside from that.. martial law, illegal curfews, and illegal detainment have all happened in this country. Recently, event. That's why the oath to the constitution requires you to defend it. It's nothing unless it's own citizens defend it.
DC is so fucked up right now. The surrounding counties in Virginia have been fundamentally transformed with some cities now having a higher than 50% Hispanic population when in 2010 it was around 20%.
Soon entire regions will be MS13 territory or 18th Street gang territory. Virginia used to have a very effective gang task force but it was defunded and our RINO governor just smiles and talks about how much better than Northam he is, while construction companies pretty much have a human trafficked workforce / indentured slaves.
This whole area is screwed and if you try to move a few cities to the west you can't afford any of the houses. The housing market has been taken over by people buying 4 bedroom houses and renting out each bedroom for $1000. So many people are cashing out and moving to other regions that entire neighborhoods are no longer "American".
But good for El Salvador to brag that they fixed their shit when their violent felons and child molesters and pimps just moved here. Assholes.
There are always people who will take risks for gain, its human nature. Its the weighing of risk that separates. Enforcement and consequence is essential in society.

It would also necessitate shipping all the MS 13 El Salvador shipped here to achieve their glorious crime free society, back to El Salvador.
MS-13 was formed in Los Angeles, California. It arrived in El Salvador when the U.S. deported Salvadorans in the 1990´s. It´s a US of A gang.
And supplemented by CIA and intelligence services due to their need for trafficking.
Most of these gangs started in prisons due to necessity then the gangs grew outside the prison bars. Thanks to Biden and the drug war.

We have not been operating under our constitution for quite some time. ELECTIONS under the Constitution? I think not.
FUBAR
We need to start in Washington DC!
