if you watch matt walsh documentary 'what is a women' you will see that big pharma is the ones pushing this transgender crap, its huge money in there drugs taken for a lifetime by these sick fucks,all these doctors and nurses that gave these poison shots without informed consent and did not take them themselves is BEARING FALSE WITNESS,and you can rest assured that all the people/doctors/hospitals that were compliant and knew are not going to enjoy there fruits so sayeth the LORD ,my wife is a infusion nurse of 40yrs and was fired for not taking the shot and was denied unemployment benefits,after taking a year off out of the blue one day she got a call from a friend nurse and said she knew a doctor that was looking for a infusion nurse and did not require her to get the shot and is making more money than she ever has ,GOD IS GOOD ,GOD IS GREAT,thank you FATHER and SON for we have been blessed.
Ya, something doesn't add up here. If average patient load is 1,000 (according to recommendation), that's $10M per doctor which is ridiculous. But let's say a doctor sees 16 patients a day x 260 work days per year / 6 annual visits on average per patient = 693 unique patients per year that would still be almost $7M.
It'd be more credible to be a $10k bonus once per year if all or x% of patients are fully vaxxed.
I'm quite sure the cabal won't honor the deal of paying doctors millions for life. I think the end goal was to target the kids and create weak immune systems and create a real pandemic, and then the cabal would have total control, and no one, even these doctors can complain.
I think MOST doctors in this mess were simply guilty of having "Nelsonian Knowledge"... they WANTED to believe the jabs were "safe and effective" and didn't bother to dig deeper. It's what helped them sleep at night, they had convinced themselves, despite there being evidence to the contrary, that the jabs were for the benefit of their patients. Not all doctors are Deep Thinkers... not that many of them will go the extra mile to look into VAERS or find out what the Great Barrington Declaration was.

The doctor gets paid to record the data (what patient got what and what was the outcome even). In return the doctor gets a bonus for using the pharma product and the pharma company gets all the data on every single individual that has received those pharma products (poison mostly). Basically, the whole population becomes lab rats for big pharma.
