"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated"
You would think that would be crystal clear even to a lawyer.
The entire Bill of Rights is supplicant to the 16th Amendment. Well the entire Constitution is, in fact.
Thats why we need fo amend the 16th amendment to forbid the collection of any income taxes
Amen.
Perhaps the Raland Brunson Lawsuit has found a way to keep the Supreme Court in check. Apparently, they are suing 3 members of the Supreme Court (Sotomayer, Kagan, and Jackson). The premise is that no individual supreme court member has any authority over a lower court. This means individual supreme court members don't have immunity to lawsuits. This is what Raland Brunson has just done.
I sure hope they win.
Thats no fun. Search SCOTUS first. Make it news worthy. You'd squeeze more out of them than you would old mom and dad.
Tyranny non-stop.
You still believe we live in a free country? I am a brain dead, I can see major tyranny. LOL
Get out of the banks
Get out of the banks
Amen to that fact.
It won't take them long to search my bank account. Not much to search.
I don't want them doing that even if I don't have much. I stayed away from banks.
there is no such thing as privacy
Buried those things in the backyard. Don't leave it where they can search.
Sorry Buddy, but these people definitely are brain dead!
Even brain dead like me stay away from banks. LOL
I haven't had a banking account in over 3 years. And I don't miss it.
Did you go with credit union, Mary? I have been with credit union since 98. Love it.
No. Too young for Social Security and spent all my 401k in 2009 to pay off my home mortgage when the banking system took my job along with many other people's. Now, my son and his wife pay me cash. However, my husband pays all the bills and he has a bank account.
Cash is king right now also. You and I were in the same place at 2008.
I'm sorry to hear that. You'd think after many years of loyalty they would keep you; but I was coming upon another week's paid vacation and a raise in my hourly pay. It was easier to hire a 'temp' making less money than a loyal employee. But that's okay, it was killing my body with all those 6 day 12 hour shifts.
It's ok. I found other work and I love the work. I didn't have to go work in crazy Portland. It's a lot less stress.
Yep, I have to do temp and contractor for a while.
