Exactly right. There are too many people awake now and once they’re awake, you can’t put them back to sleep. I’ve been awake since 2017 and the longer this charade goes on, the wider awake I get.

What's the legal precedent constitutionally speaking?

He can always run as an independent also if the rnc has any standing to disqualify the leading candidate.

Well yeah, and they'll try. The RNC might pull some shit, but even if Trump becomes a convicted felon, he can still run for president. Maybe they'll fuck around enough to destroy both parties. Wishfully thinking out loud here.
