Fwiw, not all precedents are legal precedents. Some precedents; precedents that imo are just as important, are those based on "custom".
I remember when Trump was Inaugurated, the Deep State feared he'd immediately start trying to prosecute the Deep State criminals. Consequently they began a huge PsyOp campaign to convince normies that doing so would be " unprecedented " and would pose a dangerous threat to our democracy.
This PsyOp was deployed again to justify trying to remove President Trump for suggesting that "Biden's" corruption should be investigated.
PsyOp message: In America, we don't investigate or prosecute our political opponents.
Perhaps:
Trump used himself as the bait (hiding his hooks) thats starting to btfo that Deep State protecting PsyOp narrative that we can't investigate or prosecute them because there's no "precedent" for doing it.
Once President Trumps bait; bait hiding his hooks, was taken, he is in control whether the bait takers are aware of it or not.
What will happen? I don't know. However I'm going to stay tuned to find out while doing all I can to help President Trump.
You can say whatever you want to say, fren. The rule of law does not exclude public officials. "Custom" does not follow the rule of law. The law is the law. Custom is not. So we will see what happens.
But any president or former president arrested could claim that there is no precedent for the arrest and they would be right. Until now.

This reminds me of when Trump and Clinton had their first debate. At on point H stated, "I am the only thing between you and the Apocalypse.". Now in that moment her message was clear but she made a slip. You see, the term she intended was Armageddon, not Apocalypse. When a pathogen is confronted by a host population that varies in inherent resistance and susceptibility, the rate of disease spread among susceptible individuals is slowed with the increase of the proportion of resistant individuals in the population. It's a function of probabilities.
It's a useful concept, but fucked up in the case of covid since it's rarely a fatal disease, infection increases immunity (resistance) of individuals, and multiple clot shots seem to increase susceptibility of individuals.
TLDR - herd immunity is a numbers game of protecting susceptibles by surrounding them with resistant individuals. Useful idiots hijacked the term to gain political power.
